I’m was secretary of the IPTHO Hockey Club at IpgKampusTunHussein Onnwant
to make a report about hockey tournament held in there to En. Naha Bin Waziras
head of the departmentGerakKerjaKokurikulum (GERKO) .On October 8, 2011 was
carried out of the hockey festival at field hockey IPG KampusTun Hussein Onn.
This competition was organized by Pengajian Agama 1 and RekaBentukTeknologi 1. Furthermore, this is because they are assigned
to organize a hockey tournament 6-sides in here.
The launching ceremony was held in the
field hockey IPG KampusTun HusseinOnn. All participants and members involved in
this match started coming in 7.30 a.m and registered at theregistration desk.
When everyone was present, the Hockey Festival began at 8.00 a.m. Our programme
started with the opening speech by En. Razali Bin Hashim such as lecturers for
the Hockey Festival.
Then, it was followed with a speech by
Hockey Leader for this festival, MohamadShahrilNazri Bin Ahmad Jailani. He have
explained about the match schedule. Men's team consists of seven teams that
have registered are divided into two groups, group A and group B. Group A made up by 3 teams from Pengajian
Agama 1, Bara-Bara Hockey Club and Staff
Hockey Club. Besides that, Group B includes by RekaBentukTeknologi 1, Senior
Hockey Club,Junior Hockey Club and CikguMerahJambu Hockey Club.After that, the
match will be selected for the men's team champion and runner-up of each group
to fight in the semi-finals and finals.
After that, he have explained about the
match schedule for women’s team. The women's team was made up of three teams
that have registered.Category consists of women RekaBentukTeknologi1, Pengajian
Agama 1 and TESL Hockey Club. Therefore,
they will be competing in the one group. Every match was held in league.
Lastly, results for the men's tournament
was won by CikguMerahJambu Hockey Club while the result of the match for the
women's category was won by TESL Hockey Club. After that, Hockey Festival IPG
KampusTun Hussein Onn concludes with the presentation of prizes to the winners
and lunch for all participants. In my opinian, a teacher trainer at the IPG
KampusTun Hussein Onncan play hockey very well because they have a basic in
this game.
